VP of Engineering

We are hiring a VP of Engineering to lead Neon’s engineering team and enable the CTO to focus on strategically scaling the company. This leader will own execution across engineering, build and mentor a world-class team, and ensure we continue shipping high‑quality products at startup speed. The timeline to hire is by early 2026.
