We thrive on solving complex challenges and are committed to creating solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled GNSS Systems Engineer with strong experience in GNSS hardware, module development, and performance optimization. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing the performance of GNSS chipsets and modules by working closely with firmware engineers and RF teams.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design, development, and technical review of GNSS modules.
- Deep understanding of the GNSS chipset architecture, signal tracking algorithms, baseband behavior, and performance characteristics, and provide technical review and integration guidance.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve RF front‑end design, antenna integration, and overall module performance.
- Review module‑level schematics, PCB layout, and RF signal path decisions.
- Apply strong knowledge of GNSS signal tracking, acquisition, multi‑frequency processing, and interference mitigation.
- Analyze raw GNSS data (IQ samples, tracking logs, navigation messages) to diagnose performance issues.
- Debug and optimize embedded RTOS & Linux C/C++ firmware for GNSS modules.
- Troubleshoot firmware–hardware integration issues and propose fixes.
- Support continuous performance improvements through firmware updates.
- Familiar with ARM and/or RISC‑V toolchain.
- Perform detailed GNSS chipset and module performance evaluations under real‑world conditions.
- Debug issues involving signal quality, multipath, RF interference, timing, sensor fusion, or hardware anomalies.
- Work with engineering teams on GNSS chipset performance tuning and module mass‑production readiness
. - Create clear documentation, test reports, and technical recommendations.
- Participate in design reviews with the Silicon team and provide technical guidance.
