Key Responsibilities
- Configure, troubleshoot, and commission SCADA, PCS, and environmental monitoring systems.
- Author and execute qualification documentation including SIA, FRA, DQ, QPP, RTM, and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, client PQS, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain Quality Risk Management (QRM) deliverables.
- Collaborate with Automation, Validation/CSV, Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical automation experience in a GMP environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley Factory Talk / Rockwell Automation.
- Proven experience with qualification documentation and risk‑based validation.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
