Product Operations Engineer is the operational backbone of our product organization. You will own end‑to‑end execution across Product Engineering, Deployments, Go‑to‑Market, and Operations, ensuring teams are synchronized and velocity is optimized.

• Act as the main link between Product Engineering and Deployment: enable new features, manage release feedback, and drive market readiness.
• Partner with GTM to provide technical enablement and support Product‑Led Sales motions, refining feature pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Strategy & Ops to conduct competitor analysis and market research, driving data‑backed positioning.
• Work with Product Engineering and Data Engineering to define, track, and optimize product and company metrics.
• Own data labeling operations: coordinate in‑house labelers and external agencies to ensure high‑quality training data throughput.

• Technical Operator: deep technical literacy (APIs, data structures, engineering constraints) combined with operational rigor; you fix broken processes.
• Cross‑Functional Translator: speak the language of engineers, sales, and operations, aligning teams toward a single objective.
• Disciplined & Systems‑Oriented: create documentation, dashboards, and automation to prevent future fires.
• Impact‑Driven Fixer: happy to jump into spreadsheets, code editors, or strategy meetings to solve problems.

• 3+ years in a technical or operations‑heavy role (Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technology Strategy Consulting, Technical Program Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering).
• Strong data aptitude: proficiency with SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience interfacing between Engineering and Commercial/Field teams in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Balance big‑picture strategy (pricing, analysis) with in‑the‑weeds execution (data labeling, ticket management).
• Nice to have: ability to write code (Python or JavaScript) to build internal tools or automate workflows.
