As Head of Robotics, you’ll lead the architecture and execution of Conduit’s robotics layer — building the universal control plane for automation. You’ll own how Conduit integrates, commands, and learns from robots across every major manufacturer, from AMRs to industrial arms, and help define how factories of the future will move.

• Lead innovation and development of our robotic interoperability offering, designing scalable solutions across mobile robot and IoT platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business needs
• Collaborate with company leadership on roadmap
• Interface with robot vendors for integration partnerships
• Mentor a growing team of robotics engineers

• 4+ years of experience writing production code using Python, ROS2, and varied communication protocols
• Experience implementing fleet orchestration algorithms and ideally multiple commercial mobile robot platforms and APIs (MIR, JBT, ABB, Dematic, Omron, Kuka etc.)
• Significant startup experience
• Proven track record of:
  • Delivering solutions in manufacturing/logistics environments
  • Architecting complex robotics solutions

• Ms or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Background in manufacturing/logistics automation
• Experience with IoT (Kepservers, PLCs, etc.)
• Up to date with robotic innovations, and/or contributions to robotics open-source projects
