Electronics Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Systems Engineer
We’re a venture-backed defense hardtech startup building 24 GHz phased array radar seekers for interceptors that defend against Shahed-class strike drones. The threat is active today, and our seekers are being built to meet it at production scale.
Within your first 30 days, you’ll finalize the PCB layout for our V2 interceptor radar seeker. By day 90, you’ll be overseeing the first batch of 1,000 boards through assembly. The boards you ship will go into interceptors that are already moving toward frontline pilots with major army formations and unmanned systems units. A board you finish this month can be in the field the next.
Whythis role
- Real scale, fast. This isn’t a prototype-forever role. You’ll take a proven array design and get it into a small, cheap form factor that can be built at tens of thousands of units a month.
- Full ownership. The array design, components, and BOM are done. You own the PCB from schematic to working board, and first-pass yield and spin count are yours.
- Build the automation. You’ll work with our simulation team to close the loop between EM and thermal results and layout, and help build our in-house AI tooling for PCB design. The long-term goal is a pipeline that generates and validates boards with very little human time.
- A small founding team. We hire slowly and for the long term, and we’re bringing on a small group of engineers who each own a large piece of the product.
Three founders with hardware and software experience where failure isn’t an option: flight-proven space hardware, defense mission software, and frontline drone systems. Between us, we have over a decade of hardware experience. We’re backed by venture investors and senior national security leadership.
