You will perform detailed transistor-level layout of RF/analog blocks (LNA, PLL, mixers, PA, ADC/DAC), verify through extraction, DRC/LVS/DFM, and collaborate on floor planning and power/ground routing. BS + 10+ years in RF/analog layout with strong Cadence experience required.
You will contribute to bringing next-generation wireless CMOS radios to high-volume production in advanced technology nodes.
