Associate PE Transaction Manager (Middle Office) @ Global Investment Fund
Our client is a Global Investment Manager that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Fund Sectors. This team would be handling Multi-Strat Private Equity and Tech Investments.
They have opened a newly created at Associate level for their Transaction Management Team supporting their Investment/Deal Team. This team is responsible for investment transaction deal closing support.
Responsibilities- Drive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals.
- Support Investment/Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.
- Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding.
- Lead and handle inquires from internal and external team.
- Manage transactions and deal pipeline.
- Bachelor Degree is a Must, Master's a plus.
- 3 - 6 years experienced in transaction management documentation support or deal closing.
- Strong Experience analyzing Private Equity and Tech transaction deal documents.
Location:
San Francisco, CA
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000
