Overview

Responsibilities- Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to S‑corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations ranging from middle‑market to multinational companies.
- Participate in tax research projects, draft IRS responses, and address other tax authority inquiries.
- Work with leaders on special projects in corporate and flow‑through taxation such as accounting methods and ASC 740.
- Develop client recommendations and discuss them with leadership.
- Collaborate with specialty tax practices on complex state, local, high‑net‑worth, international, research & development, and incentive matters.
- Receive on‑the‑job coaching, mentoring, and participate in firm‑wide learning programs.
- Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
- Support a work‑life balance through team outings and social activities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or law, or a related business degree with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state where considered.
- Outstanding academic performance; preferred GPA 3.0 or above.
- Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Organizational, analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

The compensation range for this role is $57,460 to $108,930. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
