- Education:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent work experience. - Licensing:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. - Personal Attributes:

- FINRA Sponsorship:
Provided for required FINRA licensing. - Preliminary Employment Period (PEP):

- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250‑$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of required FINRA licenses and registrations.
- Base Salary:
After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional. Annual salary of $24,000. - Commissions and Bonus:
In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus. - Benefits Eligibility:
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), subject to terms and conditions.
