We are looking for a highly motivated financial analyst to support our tenant representation brokerage team, which works exclusively with high‑growth technology companies in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models for lease‑vs‑purchase analyses, investment returns, and transaction comparisons.
- Analyze and compare multiple real estate proposals, including lease terms, incentive packages, and total occupancy cost scenarios.
- Support serviced office and flexible workspace transactions with market analysis, cost comparisons, and financial structuring.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis on office properties across various markets and jurisdictions.
- Prepare financial summaries and investment memoranda for client presentations and internal decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain proprietary financial analysis tools and templates for recurring transaction types.
- Support portfolio analysis and strategic planning initiatives for multiple clients.
- Ability to problem‑solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule.
- Ability to work productively under minimal supervision in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and the Google Suite.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proactive team player able to work efficiently under sometimes stressful conditions.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or other related fields.
- GSE experience a plus.
- In‑office minimum of 4 days per week.
Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.
Compensation$90,000 - $105,000 DOE plus bonus.
