Your Role at Sephora: Ready for a career glow up? As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be managing merchant processing support, insurance reporting, and store operations. The work you do will impact beauty, as you ensure efficient treasury operations and accurate cash flow visibility. You’ll be part of a team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about cash management and financial operations.

• Support payment processing operations; report and analyze processing fees; assist with sales reconciliation as needed.
• Work with armored car couriers to provide deposits and change order services to store locations.
• Support stores’ cash management procedures through service ticket resolution.
• Complete insurance premium reporting; maintain insurance IDs; and support insurance claims as needed.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects related to Treasury and cash management.
• Participate in banking operations, liquidity planning, and store opening processes across regional markets.

• Corporate Treasury, Finance and Accounting background required with focused experience in cash management, cash flow reporting, and banking operations (2-3 years).
• Experience with treasury and planning systems such as Kyriba, Anaplan, and Excel (2-3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills paired with a strategic vision to drive results across multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to be agile, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills to collaborate respectfully with business partners and team members.

The annual base salary range for this position is $- $ The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.

Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
