FALCON seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead a Food and Beverage manufacturing platform backed by private equity. The role will focus on aligning finance, operations, and strategy to execute the sponsor’s growth thesis.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading finance for mid-to-large scale process manufacturing, and a proven track record in M&A integration and value creation. PE exposure is highly preferred, with a clear path to ownership through equity in a fast-paced environment.
