Backed by significant institutional capital and focused on providing liquidity solutions across private markets, the firm is experiencing substantial growth and offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to complex investment structures, fund operations, and strategic finance initiatives. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who wants to move beyond traditional fund accounting and gain hands-on experience across fund finance, treasury, investor activities, financial reporting, audits, and business analysis within a sophisticated investment platform.

Key Responsibilities Review and validate fund accounting activities prepared by external service providers, including NAV calculations, capital activity, allocations, and financial reporting.

Serve as a primary liaison and oversight partner for third-party fund administrators.

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounting deliverables and investigate variances or unusual activity.

Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, supporting schedules, and management reporting.

Partner with service providers to resolve accounting issues and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Support treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and wire activity.

Assist with capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and other investor transactions.

Respond to investor-related requests and support the delivery of financial information.

Coordinate year-end audits, tax reporting processes, and interactions with external advisors.

Perform ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and special projects across the finance organization.

Enhance accounting processes, controls, reporting procedures, and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate closely with finance leadership on broader fund finance and operational initiatives.
