This is an opportunity to gain exposure to multiple funds and SPVs, work closely with experienced finance leadership, and take ownership of fund accounting, reporting, and operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage monthly and quarterly close activities across funds and SPVs, including reconciliations and NAV calculations.
Prepare capital account statements, investor allocations, and LP reporting packages.
Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers.
Support investment valuations, performance reporting, and portfolio updates.
Maintain fund cash activity, investment records, and transaction documentation.
Assist with audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting.
