Founders Associate Intern

We are a stealth startup building a media company that monetizes through AI-native investment banking. Through our media, we intend to earn the attention and trust that bring clients, exceptional colleagues, and capital. Our AI platform delivers investment banking services  people who build the world deserve a financial institution as ambitious as they are. The ambition is to replace Goldman Sachs and become the number one investment bank in the world.

Work directly with the founder on the important priorities. Take projects from an open question through research, a recommendation, and execution.

• Drive revenue growth:
  Identify potential clients and partners, develop approaches, and help turn conversations into commercial relationships.
• Help raise capital:
  Research investors, sharpen fundraising materials, build financial analyses, and keep diligence and follow‑ups moving.
• Drive ops & recruiting:
  Find outstanding people, help assess candidates, and build the processes that help them do their best work.
• Own confidential special projects:
  Investigate new opportunities, answer difficult strategic questions, and help execute the founder's highest‑priority initiatives.

You will learn how a founder decides where to focus, wins clients, raises capital, and recruits exceptional people. Direct feedback and responsibility for real outcomes will make the learning curve steep. Our ambition is the top 0.01%. You will help identify and bring together the creative, technical, and financial talent needed to build this institution.

• You've interned at top firms in investment banking (e.g. Goldman, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan), consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain), private equity (e.g. Blackstone, KKR, Apollo), hedge funds or quant (e.g. Citadel, Jane Street, HRT, Millennium), or top startups (e.g. Ramp, Rogo, Hebbia).
• You are sharp, resourceful, commercially minded and discreet.
• You turn an unfamiliar problem into a clear recommendation, then act on it.

We will assemble the top 0.01% of engineers, researchers, and financial minds. We will not compromise on the people beside us.
