Join the finance team at a venture capital and private equity firm, working closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund accounting and investor reporting across multiple funds while implementing AI-enabled tools and improving finance workflows.
What You'll DoManage fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.
Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.
Automate repetitive finance workflows using tools and systems that make recurring tasks more efficient.
Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.
Support strategic finance projects with the Head of Finance.
Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at a technology company.
Experience with investment funds and producing quarterly limited partner reporting and capital account statements.
Fluency in capital calls, distributions, net asset value, management fees, and fund financial statements.
Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows, using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Interest in science, deep technology, or impact-driven work.
Base salary is $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LocationOn-site in San Francisco, California, United States, five days per week.
