Associate, Investing

Amberstone is looking for an Associate to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial and self-driven. You will be involved in evaluating new investment opportunities, managing deal flow, and supporting due diligence efforts while working closely with experienced Principals.

• Evaluate new deal opportunities
• Manage deal flow pipeline and evaluation process
• Support deal execution and due diligence efforts
• Work directly with Amberstone Principals on portfolio investments
• Research new markets and develop investment theses
• Identify AI platforms to improve team efficiency

• 2-4+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking or private equity
• Experience with or strong interest in branded consumer products
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial modeling
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
