Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to.
At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.
We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation from investors including Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!
Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.
About the RoleWe are hiring a strategic finance generalist to own high-impact financial analyses and modeling that inform company-wide decisions: growth strategy, unit economics, new products and capital allocation. You will sit at the intersection of finance, operations and strategy with significant ownership, join a lean finance team, and work directly with our CEO and VP of Finance, with clear exposure to the executive team and Board.
WhatYou'll Do
GTM Finance: Partner with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships on sales capacity planning, funnel and pipeline analytics, marketing ROI, partner economics, pricing strategy and resource allocation.
Product Finance: Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate the ROI of new products, features and R&D investments, and model gross margin, infrastructure costs and AI costs, including inference and telephony.
Planning and Forecasting: Own the corporate financial model end to end, including the long-range plan, scenario analysis and driver-based forecasts for revenue, headcount and capacity.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Lead cross-functional projects on unit economics, new-product economics and capital allocation. Frame problems, model alternatives, develop recommendations and help drive execution.
Finance Systems: Lead the evaluation and rollout of finance planning and reporting tools, from requirements through implementation and adoption, and evaluate how AI can make planning, analysis and reporting faster.
Corporate Development and Investor Relations: Support M&A, strategic partnerships, fundraising and investor materials.
Relevant experience. 3 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting or strategic finance.
Excellent financial modeling. You can build clean, driver-based financial models from scratch, make complex analyses easy to understand and work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
High agency and follow-through. You can take a broad objective, figure out what matters and drive it to completion. You get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar problems, find the resources you need and keep teams aligned without waiting for detailed instructions.
Strong commercial instincts. You understand SaaS metrics and unit economics, including ARR, retention, CAC, payback and gross margin, and can translate financial analysis into business decisions.
Clear communication. You explain complex analyses simply, challenge assumptions constructively and communicate findings candidly, even when the numbers cut…
