For massage, we specialize in Thai herbal compress and Thai table massage.

We are seeking Licensed Cosmetologists and Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team and specialize in this unique, transformative service, along with our full range of beauty and wellness treatments.

Zen Spa is looking for passionate, wellness‑focused Cosmetologists and Massage Therapists who are eager to learn and grow with us long‑term. Prior experience with Chinese Head Spa treatments is not required; comprehensive training will be provided. This role is ideal for professionals who value holistic health, enjoy working with clients, and are interested in expanding their skills in scalp therapy, relaxation treatments, and integrated spa services.

Professional‑level English communication skills are required.

• Perform Chinese Head Spa treatments, including scalp analysis, exfoliation, herbal applications, head, neck, and shoulder massage, hair washing, and deep conditioning
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and recommend personalized treatment plans and service upgrades
• Provide additional services based on licensure, including:
  • Cosmetologists
    : skin care services, manicures, pedicures, and hair/scalp treatments
  • Massage Therapists
    : therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments
• Maintain a clean, safe, calm, and welcoming spa environment
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and professionalism
• Stay current with spa techniques and trends, especially in scalp care, massage, and holistic wellness

• Cosmetologist

  Active California Cosmetology License
• Massage Therapist
  :
  Valid Massage Therapy license in San Francisco
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and holistic health
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a calm, professional demeanor
• Positive attitude with a commitment to long‑term growth at Zen Spa
• Thai, Siamese or Central Thai fluency is a plus
