The Role:The Sr. Director, Strategic Accounts & National Partnerships will facilitate Hazel Health’s efforts to engage, grow, and sustain long-term relationships with large school districts, state agencies, healthcare systems, and national organizations. This executive will be responsible for creating a client engagement model that ensures Hazel delivers exceptional value, builds trust, and drives measurable outcomes for partners. By strengthening engagement and deepening relationships, this leader will help Hazel advance its mission and expand its impact nationwide.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key national and regional clients, ensuring strong ongoing relationships and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement a client engagement framework to measure and improve satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Regularly meet with senior district, state, and healthcare leaders to align Hazel’s services with evolving partner needs.
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new large-scale partnerships with school districts, state governments, payers, and healthcare organizations.
- Create frameworks for long-term partnerships that align with Hazel’s mission and financial sustainability.
Sales Enablement
- Build and oversee a sales enablement function to equip sales teams with training, tools, and content to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Implement scalable processes and resources to improve onboarding, knowledge sharing, and performance management across the sales organization.
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and oversee a strategic account management framework for Hazel’s most important partners.
- Ensure long-term account health, satisfaction, and growth through proactive relationship management and value delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with clinical, product, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with government affairs and marketing to strengthen Hazel’s value proposition and brand with clients.
- Submit and represent Hazel Health at national and regional conferences, securing speaking engagements and hosting sessions to elevate visibility and thought leadership.
- Demonstrated experience working at the executive level in a large school district with a focus on mental health and behavior management. Candidates should have a strong understanding of district governance, policy, and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining enterprise-level client relationships, preferably in healthcare, education, or public sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, payers, and public education systems.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Mission-driven leader with a passion for advancing equitable access to healthcare for children.
- Ability to travel 75%+
