In this position, you will lead research on ASR models, design and train speech-to-text models, and improve real-time decoding pipelines. Ideal candidates have 3-6 years of experience in speech research and a strong background in deep learning frameworks.
Experience with modern ASR architectures and the ability to think end-to-end from data to deployment is essential. A master's or PhD in Speech is preferred.
