Herspiegel Consulting is a management consulting firm focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Our organization helps clients build successful brands from preclinical phases through launch and to formulate and implement brand‑specific strategies and programs for in‑line brands. Services include brand strategy, market assessment, brand positioning, launch planning, lifecycle management, thought leader identification and engagement, and identification/development of marketing programs and sales force training/communication.

On this team formerly known as Adivo Associates now a Herspiegel Company, we are a fast‑growing, international consulting firm specialized in Healthcare. We work with industry leaders in Biopharmaceuticals, Clinical Diagnostics and Medical Technology, as well as financial services firms that invest in Healthcare markets.

The quality of our consulting work is built on a deep understanding of the Healthcare markets that we serve. Our engagements include strategy and planning, opportunity identification and evaluation, commercial and clinical due diligence, segmentation and channel analysis, market entry, product portfolio analysis, product positioning and market monitoring.

Your role in our San Francisco office

We have open positions in our San Francisco office for a Senior Consultant who is bilingual. You will be joining a growing, multinational team that has very successfully developed the business over the last 5 years. The timing is right if you would like to develop and grow with us.

You will be working on international consulting projects for the healthcare industry.

Your role will include:

• Working to solve complex business problems and make recommendations to address them

• Collaborating in the fulfillment of consulting projects focused on international healthcare markets. This will require working closely with other consultants and project managers located in any of our global offices

• Frequent interaction with healthcare professionals to conduct primary research, with industry players as well as industry associations and national agencies

• Conducting secondary research across large sets of data and information

• Generating the analysis supporting the development of market models, financial models, economic impact models, as well as product adoption and usage models

• Developing client presentations with the project teams

• Participating in client meetings

Requirements

• At least 3‑5 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry or related professional services

• English is the operating language; bilingual in English plus another EU language

• An advanced degree in a medical, scientific and/or business discipline (PhD, MD, Pharm.

D, MBA)

• Experience in management consulting, healthcare marketing, product development, Market Access and/or clinical research, business intelligence, competitive intelligence or market research

• Flexibility to work within growing, interdisciplinary teams, including working remotely across different time zones

• Self‑motivation, conscientious work ethic and the ability to apply intellectual curiosity effectively
