Hiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - San Francisco, CA Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning differences. The BCBA will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and train teachers and staff on evidence‑based strategies to ensure compliance with IEP goals and foster positive school environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and analyze data to identify behavioral needs.
Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) using ABA principles.
Collaborate with Special Education teachers, General Education teachers, School Psychologists, Administrators, and families.
Provide ABA training and ongoing coaching for teachers and staff.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet IEP objectives.
Promote inclusion and positive behavior supports across school settings.
Current BCBA certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience delivering ABA therapy in school settings.
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis, data collection, and IEP compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
