New Grad Physical Therapist (PT) – Per Diem Fridays | Sports & Regenerative Medicine
We are hiring a new or early-career Physical Therapist to join a growing sports and regenerative medicine practice. This role begins Fridays only and offers structured training on non-Friday clinic days with our existing team.
What you’ll do:- Deliver shockwave therapy and laser therapy
- Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations
- Follow and help standardize treatment protocols
- Participate in team‑based training with physicians and MAs
Provided on non-Friday clinic days
No prior shockwave or laser experience required
Qualifications:- Active California PT license (new grads welcome)
- Interest in sports medicine and regenerative care
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Ideal for recent graduates
- Predictable, low-burnout schedule
- Opportunity to grow into full-time
