* About the role:

** The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the
** Stewarding Department**, reporting to the Stewarding Manager.

* What you will do:

*** Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
* Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
* Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
* Maintain the silver polishing program
* Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
