Our agreements are only as good as the relationships behind them. The Hotel Partnerships Manager owns those relationships, and the terms that come out of them.
What the work involves- Own relationships with hotel sales and revenue teams in priority markets.
- Understand each property's need periods and where our clients' travel patterns fit them.
- Run rate negotiations and follow them through to a documented agreement.
- Confirm that agreed rates can be loaded, found, and booked in the channels our clients use.
- Keep our view of each market current as demand shifts.
- Experience in hotel sales, revenue management, or corporate hotel sourcing.
- Comfortable negotiating both price and terms, including availability and cancellation conditions.
- A record of relationships that outlast a single contract cycle.
- Careful about the details of rate loading and booking conditions.
The team
You'd work alongside our sourcing analysts and account teams, who bring the client's spend data and booking requirements to the table.
