People Operations Generalist

Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing team and support our expanding workforce across multiple U.S. sites. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, guiding benefits, compliance, compensation, and day-to-day HR inquiries.

• Support the administration of employee benefit plans, retirement programs, voluntary elections, and compensation packages.
• Conduct analysis of benefits and compensation programs; assist in program design and strategy.
• Act as a first-line resource for employees on HR-related questions, escalating when appropriate, and provide guidance and ensure compliance with California employment law and federal regulations.
• Assist with leave of absence administration, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR-related audits.
• Partner with the team to manage and optimize HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and California employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to balance empathy with compliance.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Experience with HRIS and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 a year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, expertise, and scope of responsibilities.
