Schedule:
Monday - Friday onsite with availability for overtime; occasional Saturdays
The Role:
You’ll own hiring from end-to-end across engineering, machine learning, product, GTM, and operations. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll work closely with the founders and senior leadership to shape the teams driving our next stage of hyper-growth. You will manage and mentor a junior recruiting team.
Your Mission:
Hire critical talent—fast—without lowering the bar.
You’ll use our proprietary AI tools to accelerate decision-making, improve quality-of-hire, and directly influence product improvements through feedback loops from your hiring funnels.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, closing, and onboarding
- Use bleeding-edge AI tools to evaluate and triage talent at scale
- Partner with founders and VPs to define hiring goals and execute on aggressive growth plans
- Build structured, scalable hiring systems (ATS flows, interview rubrics, decision matrices)
- Craft job posts, social campaigns, and events to magnetize top global talent
- Track and report KPIs weekly (time-to-hire, pass-through rates, diversity, new hire impact)
- Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or top search firms
- Proven success hiring across both technical and business functions
- Exceptional communicator and closer—you inspire confidence and drive decisions
- Action-oriented, intense, and excited to work onsite 5 days a week in SF
- Relentlessly focused on outcomes, speed, and hiring excellence
- Performance Bonus: Significant equity & cash tied to hiring milestones

- Relocation Bonus: $20K for moving to the Bay Area
- Housing Bonus: $10K if you live within 0.5 miles of HQ
