Special Setup: We are looking for someone who can first join in-person with our team in hackerhouses in Latin America and in San Francisco.

Clera is a fast-growing AI start-up that is rethinking the way top talents find their next dream jobs. We are working with some of the leading start-ups like Mintlify, Luminai and Windsurf, many in AI, all VC-backed. We just raised our big pre‑seed and are growing as quickly as possible.

We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent‑first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired. By automating and optimizing processes within the $600B global headhunting industry, we aim to dramatically enhance outcomes for both candidates and companies. We’re at a pivotal moment—right before liftoff. Early enough that you’ll get meaningful ownership.

As Founder Associate Intern, you’ll directly impact our mission to make Clera the go‑to platform for both ambitious talent seeking remarkable opportunities and leading companies hiring exceptional candidates.
