Attorney Recruiting Specialist

A nationally recognized law firm with 500+ attorneys providing comprehensive legal services to innovative companies from startups to global enterprises.

The Attorney Recruiting Specialists will play a central role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top legal talent (lateral associates, partners, summer associates, and entry-level associates).

• Manage full-cycle recruiting logistics for summer associate and lateral attorney hiring programs.
• Coordinate on-campus interviews (OCI), callback interviews, job fairs, and virtual recruiting events with law schools nationwide.
• Schedule and confirm candidate interviews (phone, video, and in-person), prepare interview packets, manage interviewer calendars, and collect feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates; deliver white-glove candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
• Oversee the summer associate program logistics (orientation, work assignments, social events, mid-summer and exit reviews, offer process).
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS – typically vi Recruit, Flo Recruit, or Law Cruit).

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and polished demeanor.

Hybrid

• Base Salary: $70-100k+, commensurate with experience.
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual performance-based bonus.
