Clinical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support recruiting for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based, independent contractor engagement, responsible for delivering qualified clinical candidate pipelines.

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
• Present qualified candidates and hiring insights to hiring stakeholders.
• Provide market insights related to clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
• Compensation: $100 per hour, up to 15 hours per week

• 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience (Minimum of 1 year in telemedicine).
• Experience with startups/new companies is preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting licensed clinical professionals.
• Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to independently manage multiple clinical searches.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and clinical recruiting tools.
