Powerset is creating the market for founder-led investing. Our goal is to scale “founders backing founders” to over $100B in profits for our partners.

We’re founders first. We run Powerset like a company—not an investment firm. Most of our headcount is engineering. We build systems to automate investment sourcing, go-to-market and recruiting, rigorously track outcomes, and then product ionize and make publicly available what works.

You’ll embed with our top portfolio companies as a full-cycle recruiter, hands-on and deeply integrated in their hiring. From companies like Modal, Braintrust and Open Code, to new companies we’re adding weekly, you’ll become a trusted hiring partner to some of the most exciting frontier companies.

You’ll also be integral in building out and becoming a power user of our AI-powered platform for recruiting and GTM, pressure-testing it daily, shaping the roadmap, and helping our engineering team extend and polish it into something the market hasn’t seen yet.

Annual salary of $120-200k + carried interest in investments + equity in Powerset.
