, the company is building a platform that enables growth teams to manage their entire go-to-market motion in one place — from acquisition through retention — with AI agents taking on work that traditional tools simply can’t.

The San Francisco-based team includes experienced operators and engineers from companies including Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, Shopify, Linked In, and Microsoft.

The company is growing quickly and is looking for its first Founding Recruiter to build recruiting from the ground up.

About the Role

As the Founding Recruiter
, you’ll be one of the earliest members of the recruiting function and will have significant ownership over how the company builds its team.

You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers across engineering, marketing, sales, and other business functions. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and pipeline development through interviewing, closing, and candidate experience.

This is a highly hands-on role. In the early days, you’ll operate as a true full-cycle recruiter and may also take on recruiting coordination and scheduling responsibilities. As the company scales, the expectation is that you’ll grow into a Head of Recruiting role, eventually building and leading a recruiting team.

You’ll have direct visibility into — and influence over — every hire the company makes.

What You’ll Own

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, from sourcing and screening through coordination and closing
• Build the company’s recruiting and sourcing infrastructure from the ground up
• Develop high-quality candidate pipelines using Linked In Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
• Build AI-forward recruiting workflows that identify and engage exceptional candidates faster
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define roles, calibrate profiles, develop hiring strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and close
• Establish recruiting processes, sourcing playbooks, and interview documentation
• Maintain strong ATS hygiene and continuously improve recruiting operations
• Use market data, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing signals to advise hiring managers and leadership
• Help determine where to focus sourcing efforts based on talent availability and market dynamics
• Take ownership of recruiting coordination and scheduling in the early stage, before additional recruiting headcount is added

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  , with demonstrated ownership of sourcing, screening, and closing across both technical and business roles
• Experience recruiting at a startup or at an agency primarily serving startups
• Experience as one of the first 1–3 recruiters at a company, or a track record as a top performer at a startup-focused recruiting agency
• Bachelor’s degree from a US or Canadian university
• Strong hands‑on sourcing skills, particularly with Linked In Recruiter
• Ability to independently build, manage, and activate candidate pipelines
• Comfort operating as a high‑ownership individual contributor in an early‑stage environment
• Willingness to work in person five days per week from the San Francisco office
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow‑through
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-forward sourcing and recruiting tools such as Juicebox, Clay, or Harmonic
• Experience with Ashby or another modern ATS
