- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the Company’s business objectives, growth priorities, and organizational needs.
- Lead the Company’s overall talent strategy and talent acquisition function, building sustainable talent pipelines, maintaining high hiring standards, and driving recruitment for senior and critical roles.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning for key roles. Develop and continuously enhance compensation and benefits, performance management, talent retention, and organizational culture frameworks.
- Manage employee relations and employment matters, proactively managing employment-related legal and operational risks, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and employee separations.
- Build an AI-native People function. Design the HR operating model for an AI-native company rather than copying the playbook of a traditional tech firm. Use AI copilots and automation across sourcing, assessment, onboarding, performance and people operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR management experience; background in large tech companies or high-growth tech startups is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. local employment practices and senior-level talent recruitment. Proven expertise in organization design, compensation and benefits structuring, and end-to-end HR system building.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate e[ectively with technical and business executives. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual: fluent in English;
Mandarin reading & speaking is preferred, to collaborate with APAC teams. - Experience working in cross-border / multi-regional teams. Self-motivated, agile in a fast-paced startup environment, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
