• Build repeatable systems that improve speed, quality, accountability, and risk management.
• Coordinate high-stakes work across leaders, teams, and external partners.
• Surface risks early and provide concise recommendations supported by evidence.
• Develop team capability through hiring, coaching, documentation, and performance management.

• Substantial experience leading the relevant operating, legal, people, or executive function.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and written and verbal communication.
• A record of improving systems and delivering outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Comfort working directly with executives on ambiguous and sensitive priorities.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, compliance, and long-term organizational health.

The anticipated base salary range across represented Senior Corporate Counsel searches in San Francisco Bay Area is $180,000 to $275,000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer, scope, level, experience, and work arrangement and may include bonus, commission, or equity where applicable.
