About the role

Envoy’s Partner Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how our partner ecosystem runs day-to-day — from systems and data, to processes and enablement. You’ll own the operational backbone that powers Envoy’s reseller and technology-partner programs, ensuring our tools, workflows, and insights scale with the business.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll be building and refining the systems and processes that support partner success today while designing the operational foundation for tomorrow. You’ll collaborate closely with Partner Management, Sales Operations, Enablement, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the partner motion runs smoothly, efficiently, and with measurable impact.

This is an onsite position that requires four days a week (Monday-Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will
  • Own and evolve partner-operations workflows, including onboarding, deal registration, MDF, and SPIFF programs, ensuring they are efficient, auditable, and scalable.
  • Administer and improve the partner technology stack (Salesforce, Partner Stack, LMS, Outreach, etc.), building automation and reporting that enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Translate GTM objectives into operational plans, aligning partner-related processes and systems with company goals.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and Enablement to ensure partners and internal teams have clear, consistent processes.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface insights on partner performance, pipeline influence, and program ROI.
  • Document and continuously refine operating procedures, playbooks, and internal enablement materials to ensure alignment and repeatability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and accelerate time-to-value for partners.
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with program data, trends, and insights that inform leadership decisions.
  • Champion data quality and compliance, ensuring our systems reflect accurate and timely partner information.
You have
  • 5–7 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or a related GTM Operations role within a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing partner systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM, LMS) and the data flows between them.
  • Strong understanding of partner program mechanics — onboarding, enablement, incentives, deal registration, and reporting.
  • Ability to connect system design to business outcomes, translating operational metrics into revenue‑impacting insights.
  • Strong analytical skills; highly proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects that improved operational efficiency or data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical details for non‑technical audiences.
  • A bias for action and comfort operating in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement — you notice broken processes and fix them before they become problems.
You are
  • Detail‑oriented, structured, and self‑driven — you thrive when you own the process end‑to‑end.
  • Equally comfortable discussing data models with Ops peers or enablement workflows with Partner Managers.
  • Naturally curious and always looking for ways to automate, streamline, or simplify.
  • Excited to work cross‑functionally and make an outsized impact in a small,…
