Office Type: On-Site (5 days a week)

Salary: $185,000 – $275,000 base + competitive equity

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll join a highly talented team working on next‑generation AI systems with direct impact across finance, healthcare, and hospitality industries. • Design and implement intelligent AI agents that help enterprises automate and improve customer interactions.
• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand business challenges, design workflows, and develop custom integrations.
• Build reliable, scalable solutions using Python and APIs to connect the company’s AI systems with customer platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post‑deployment phases.
• Identify cross‑customer trends and provide actionable insights to the product and engineering teams to influence product direction.
• Act as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value delivery.

• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering or technical implementation roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Passionate about AI, automation, and working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

• Experience working at high‑growth startups or smaller technical teams (as opposed to large enterprises).
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS, conversational AI, or customer experience technologies.
• Ability to work closely with clients in‑person and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers and researchers.
• A mix of high technical depth and business empathy (strong IQ + EQ).
