UX Design Lead User Experience San Francisco​/Hybrid

Design user-centered experiences for next-generation AI systems that operate autonomously to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI agent management platforms, workflow builders, and analytics dashboards
• Create user journey maps and interaction flows for multi-agent systems and autonomous task execution
• Develop design systems and component libraries optimized for AI-driven applications
• Conduct user research to understand how professionals interact with autonomous AI systems
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and AI system capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams using Figma Dev Mode for seamless design-to-development handoff
• Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and translate business needs into user experience solutions

Required:

• 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B software or AI/ML products
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like Dev Mode for developer collaboration
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and complex interface solutions
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies
• Understanding of modern development workflows and design token systems
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience designing for AI/ML products, automation tools, or enterprise software platforms
• Familiarity with conversational UI patterns and agent-based interaction models
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Background in data visualization and dashboard design
• Experience with design ops and version control systems
