We are building Metaflow (which we started at Netflix) – an open‑source, human‑centric ML framework that helps data scientists and ML engineers develop and deliver real‑life ML projects. Besides Netflix, thousands of enterprises like 23&Me, Adobe, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Porsche, Sanofi, and Zipline have already adopted Metaflow.
OverviewIn this role, you will help us develop our product that helps enterprises adopt and benefit from Metaflow. This is a great opportunity for senior engineers who value thoughtful product design.
What we are looking for- Years of experience in building modern Dev Ops tools & best practices: CI/CD systems, deployment tools (Cloud Formation, Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- Deep expertise with the cloud and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking, security, and authentication constructs and requirements.

The expected compensation range for this position is $150k – $250k + equity + benefits. We aim to offer top‑of‑market compensation for a company of our size and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
