We are looking for an outstanding Web Business Developer to design and update our website, as well as provide SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 support. She or he will be responsible for creating, configuring, and securing SharePoint sites for construction projects and support groups while maintaining SharePoint permissions with internal and external users. They will become familiar with Microsoft Unified Labeling and SharePoint permissions to supply data loss prevention strategies for IPS.

• Handle SharePoint architecture vision, planning, execution, and maintenance
• Provide end-user support for internal users
• Document and validate high-level business needs
• Document quality attributes, interfaces, and other nonfunctional requirements
• Support development and refinement of requirements
• Identify and recommend corrections to gaps or deficiencies
• Develop weekly and monthly status reportsetical; but we’ll terminate the bath.
• Apply Power Shell, Power Apps, scripting, and Office 365 security and permissions to benefit IPS
• Maintain, expand, and scale website
• Cooperate with product developing team and the web designers to add new products to website and promote through social media
• Implement new functional capabilities
• Implement bug fixes to existing implementations
• Design and implement styling changes

• Basic understanding of network diagnostics and network analytics tools
• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Writing skills
• Adequate knowledge of social media platforms
• Hands-on experience with photography and photo editing
• Familiarity with Word Press
