As a Technical Implementation Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to be a hybrid of a Solutions Engineer, an Implementation Manager, and a Customer Success lead. You will guide our customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond, ensuring seamless deployments, deep product adoption, and measurable ROI. We have been growing fast and onboarding industry-leading companies, and we’re looking for someone to own post‑sales implementation & customer success motion.

Description

What You’ll Do
  • Solutions Engineering:
    • Gather and translate customer business requirements into technical designs
    • Build proofs‑of‑concept and configure ETL pipelines, warehouses, and dashboards
  • Implementation Management:
    • Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process: timeline creation, internal coordination, and milestone delivery
    • Manage expectations, risks, and scope across technical and business stakeholders
  • Customer Success:
    • Build deep relationships with our customers and manage renewal cycles, expansions, and support escalations to ensure customer happiness
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison for troubleshooting, training, and best‑practice guidance
    • Develop custom SQL queries and Power

      BI reports to extract, transform, and visualize customer data
    • Proactively monitor adoption metrics and drive strategies to maximize product value
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    • Partner with Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
    • Document implementation playbooks, create training materials, and share learnings across the team

    BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (data modeling, dashboard development)
  • Familiarity with modern data warehousing (e.g., Fabric, Snowflake, Big Query) or ETL tools (e.g., DBT)
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable interfacing with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time with autonomy
