About the RoleWe are looking for our 2nd marketing hire to own full‑funnel marketing initiatives across paid channels, product marketing, and content. You’ll work across teams—product, design, CSMs, and founders—to drive acquisition, communicate product value, and build a strong inbound motion.
This role is ideal for a scrappy, analytically‑minded marketer who thrives in fast‑moving environments and loves working on both creative and performance‑driven projects.
What You'll Do Paid & Performance Marketing- Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, Twitter, Meta, etc.
- Run experiments across ad copy, landing pages, and creative.
- Define and execute SEO strategy to grow organic demo signups.
- Manage content pipeline: landing pages, blog posts, and search‑optimized articles.
- Set up and manage email campaigns in tools like Customer.io to drive product adoption and upsell.
- Own lifecycle marketing flows—onboarding, feature education, re‑engagement, etc.
- Have 3‑6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred).
- Have owned paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs before.
- Comfortable working across product, design, and GTM.
- Strong writer with a clear, concise tone.
- Data‑driven and knowledgeable about CAC and funnel metrics.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
- Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech.
- Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers.
- Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows.
