At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 700+ customers in 58+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
Role OverviewHarvey is expanding its AI‑powered legal platform globally, and delivering a truly localized product experience is critical to our mission. We are hiring a Product Operations Manager, Localization to help drive Harvey’s localization efforts as a centralized platform function spanning all product lines. In this senior role within Product Operations, you’ll partner closely with the Product Management Lead for Localization, who owns strategic direction, while you focus on operationalizing, executing, and scaling localization across the EPD organization.
You will coordinate product‑wide localization efforts, working directly with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Legal to adapt Harvey’s features and content for different jurisdictions. This includes ensuring our workflows, terminology, UI/UX, and legal templates are tailored to local norms, conventions, and regulatory requirements. Initial work will focus on our most important international markets (with an emphasis on Europe and other key regions), ensuring Harvey delivers a natural, high‑quality, and locally relevant product experience.
A major part of your role will involve managing our translation vendor and the technical integrations required to support rapid, high‑quality localization. You will build scalable tooling, workflows, and processes that embed localization and internationalization (i18n) into the product development lifecycle. This position sits within Product Operations in our San Francisco office.
What You’ll DoLead a cross‑functional localization program: Establish and own the end‑to‑end localization platform process and ensure internationalization and localization considerations are built into every product roadmap. Translate Harvey’s localization strategy into clear execution plans, technical requirements, and delivery workflows across EPD. Ensure teams consider localization and i18n requirements early in product planning, design reviews, engineering specs, and QA cycles.
Manage translation vendors and localization tooling: Serve as the operational owner of our translation vendor relationship, including string handoffs, quality feedback, SLAs, and delivery schedules. Maintain and optimize integrations between the translation platform and Harvey’s codebase to ensure efficient, scalable translation pipelines.
Coordinate product and engineering localization efforts: Partner with Engineering to drive i18n implementation, string management best practices, and automated localization workflows. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Legal to adapt terminology, templates, UI/UX, and product behaviors to jurisdiction‑specific needs (e.g., EU norms, GDPR considerations).
Oversee localization QA and continuous improvement: Establish localization QA workflows (automated and manual), gather feedback from internal/global stakeholders, and triage issues with engineering. Maintain glossaries,…
