• Deploy, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries, run reports, and support production environments.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality.
• Respond to on‑call production support incidents and resolve issues promptly.

• Solutioning and delivery experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience implementing Quote to Cash and Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models, automation (Flows), permissions, and security.
• Agile/Scrum experience and vendor/partner management skills.
• Excellent communication skills across business and IT.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority and manage executive relationships.
• Developer background with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
