* Leverage your AI/ML skills for enabling Agentic workflows and Agentic vision.
* Be part of one or more development Scrum teams and own multiple features in their product area, including complex or highly ambiguous features with highest quality and performance.
* Develop a broader understanding of platform and applications and an in-depth understanding of product areas that their Scrum teams.

* 5+ years of experience in quality/performance engineering, systems optimization, or backend/frontend diagnostics with a lot of microservices.
* 5+ years of experience with microservices, and distributed systems in cloud environments Cloud & infrastructure skills (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)
* Proficiency in performance fundamentals:
* Frontend:
Browser rendering, JavaScript optimization, and network analysis.
* Backend: SQL performance analysis, query tuning, indexing, and caching strategies.
* Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Chrome Dev Tools, Your Kit, and Java Flight Recorder.
* Scripting expertise in Python, Bash, or Node.js, with the ability to create automation tools and pipelines.
* Familiarity with AI-driven tools or agents for performance monitoring, log analysis, or auto-diagnosis.
* Ability to interpret performance data, pinpoint root causes, and clearly communicate findings.
