Qualifications:

- Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript, Glide Script, Flow Designer, and Business Rules
- Experience with Service Now Virtual , Predictive Intelligence, and AI Workflows
- API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
- Service Now Certified System Administrator CSA, Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast‑paced environment
