About the Role
Aembit is looking for a part-time Demand Generation Lead who can help us build a modern, repeatable demand engine while also running the programs that fuel it. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s comfortable shifting between planning and execution: shaping our campaign calendar, tuning workflows in Hub Spot, coordinating webinars, tightening paid programs, and keeping Marketing and Sales aligned.
You won’t be doing this alone. The team is collaborative, smart, and experienced. We regularly bring in contractors and agency partners for design, content, paid campaigns, and event logistics. Your job is to drive the machine—not do every task yourself.
As we scale, there is a strong likelihood this role becomes full-time in mid-2026. For the right person, it’s a chance to build the foundation now and grow with the company as the category expands around IAM for Agentic AI and Non-Human Identity.
What You’ll Do Build and Run Campaigns- Plan and execute campaigns that reach security, platform engineering, and Dev Ops audiences.
- Help us get to a point of consistency and success by starting small (one channel, one program) and then grow.
- Shape nurture strategy, segmentation, and routing flows to improve conversion.
- Manage logistics, promotion for our in-person events; develop a repeatable event playbook.
- Support small field events, conference activations, and partner-sponsored programs.
- Oversee performance marketing with contractors (Linked In, search, retargeting).
- Manage landing pages, CRO experiments, and website updates.
- Focus on strengthening our results with the BDRs from our marketing efforts.
- 5–8+ years in demand generation, growth, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS (security/infrastructure a plus).
- Capable of owning programs end-to-end and comfortable with rapid experimentation.
- Experienced with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot preferred) - you don’t need to be the ops person, but need to have a good head around how ops should work.
- Organized, proactive, and energized by joining a small but highly supportive team.
- Interested in growing with the role as it scales into a full-time position in mid-2026.
- Approximately 20 hours per week. Flexibility both for more and less as demands rise or your schedule needs.
- Reports to the CMO and works closely with founders, GTM teammates, and agency partners.
- Strong potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.
