Job Description

The Manager of Business and Portfolio Operations within the Issuing Solutions Digital Product team will oversee the efficient operation of digital initiatives, including financial planning, billing, dashboard development, and strategic projects like pricing and upsell strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for internal presentations, client requests, and strategic activities. Reporting to the Head of Digital Business and Portfolio Operations, the candidate should have strong project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Business Operations:
Develop management dashboards, perform financial analysis, identify process improvements, and support digital P&L management.

• Strategic Communications:
Develop presentation content, track and report on product initiatives, support revenue acceleration, and prepare for key meetings.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
Build relationships with global teams, assist in portfolio prioritization, and coordinate with product management and other departments.

• OKRs, KPIs, and Reporting:
Monitor and report on performance metrics, support budgeting, prepare executive reports, and contribute to business reviews.

This position is hybrid; in-office days will be confirmed by your manager.

Qualifications

Basic: 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.

Preferred: 6+ years with a Bachelor's, 4+ with an advanced degree, or up to 3 with a PhD; project management skills; financial analysis experience; proficiency in billing and automation; strong communication; process improvement track record; adaptable to change; PLM experience is a plus.

Additional Information
