In this Role, you will:

• Leverage GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts.

• Lead the development of new 0-1 Gen AI feature prototyping from concept to launch, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation

• Manage the alpha and beta testing phases, gather user feedback, and refine features to ensure they meet user needs and business goals

• Coordinate with the broader product team for scaling features from 1-10 rollout, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge transfer

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements

• Conduct user research and analyze data to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, driving informed product decisions

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineers, and customers, to align on product vision and progress

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven track record in product management within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

• Ability to rapidly prototype new features independently, without the need for additional engineering assistance, showcasing a high degree of technical proficiency.

• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to engineering discussions, ensuring feasibility and scalability of product features.

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in solving real-world problems, with a continuous desire to stay updated with the latest advancements.

• Strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering products that exceed customer expectations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
